4. Physical Items (If Applicable)

4.1 What Physical Items?

RequireHire may occasionally deliver physical items such as:

  • Welcome kits for enterprise clients
  • Branded merchandise (promotional)
  • Marketing materials
  • Event passes or materials
  • Physical certificates (if specifically requested)
  • Hardware tokens (for enterprise security)
Note: Physical items are NOT part of standard services and are delivered only in special cases.
4.2 Shipping Within India

Coverage:

  • We ship within India only
  • All 28 states and 8 union territories covered
  • Serviceable PIN codes as per courier partner

Shipping Charges:

  • Usually FREE for items sent as part of service
  • If charges apply, communicated before dispatch
  • Typically: Rs.50-200 depending on location and item

Delivery Timeline:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
  • North-East & Island Territories: 10-15 business days

5. Delivery Issues and Resolution

5.1 Non-Delivery of Digital Services

If service not activated within expected time:

  1. Check your account dashboard
  2. Verify payment was successful
  3. Check spam/junk email folder
  4. Contact support: support@requirehire.com

Resolution Timeline:

  • Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours
  • Investigation: 24-48 hours
  • Resolution: Within 3-5 business days
5.2 Non-Delivery of Physical Items

If physical item not received within expected time:

  1. Track package using tracking number
  2. Contact courier partner

5.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

For physical items:

  • Damaged Items: Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos
  • Incorrect Items: Report within 24 hours of delivery

Resolution: Replacement shipped within 5-7 business days

6. Cancellation and Modifications

6.1 Digital Services
  • Before Activation: Can be cancelled for full refund (as per Refund Policy)
  • After Activation: Subject to Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.2 Physical Items
  • Before Dispatch: Can be cancelled for full refund
  • After Dispatch: Cannot be cancelled; return process as per Refund Policy
6.3 Address Modification
  • Before Dispatch: Address can be changed by contacting support
  • After Dispatch: Very difficult to modify; contact courier partner directly

7. International Delivery

7.1 Current Status

Currently, RequireHire does NOT support international shipping or service delivery.

Services available only for:

  • Users residing in India
  • Indian job market
  • India-based companies
